Silvio Album Cover

Silvio Rodríguez is a Cuban-born Nueva Trova singer whose poetic style and politically conscious lyrics have captivated audiences for decades. I chose the bright blue on the cover to represent the melancholy found in some of his songs and the orange on the label to represent the passion. I created and image, similar that to a woodblock print, of a guitar to show his chosen instrument.
